Servicing
Just like a car, heatpumps/air conditioners require regular servicing. We check over, clean the indoor filters and case, bug spray the outdoor unit and clear any obstructions. Blocked filters cause poor performance, lack of heat or cooling, put the unit under pressure, left too long dust builds up past the filter into the coil which can lead to further failure. Cockroaches and ants love the control boards on the outdoor unit, they eat the boards causing the unit to stop working
